UKAA-AYSO Region 864 is a chartered
region of the American Youth Soccer Organization. We are non-profit under IRS
Code 501(c)(3).
All Board members, coaches, and referees are VOLUNTEERS. No one receives any
compensation at all.

Who's in charge of our region?
Laura Lietaert is the Regional Commissioner, and is
ultimately responsible for the running of the entire region, including
compliance with AYSO National Guidelines. Regions are managed and operated by a
BOARD OF DIRECTORS. This board can consist of anywhere from a minimum of five
to any odd-numbered maximum, depending on the regional guidelines and the number
of people that actually step forward.
